We Do DEMOLITION and We Do It BETTER Than Anyone
JM ENVIRONMENTAL, INC., demolishing half of the Student Union Building at California State University Sacramento. Three excavators were used concurrently during the demolition. Excavator # 1 has a grappling thumb with a camera attached. The camera screen inside the cage enables the operator to view close up exactly what he is removing from the structure. Excavator # 2 has a hammer to demolish the concrete foundation. Excavator # 3 has a pincher claw to move and sort the steel rebar and concrete debris.
JM ENVIRONMENTAL, INC., Demolition Services
DEMOLITION Service Includes the Installation of critical barriers and engineering controls to isolate the work area, Interior and Exterior site controls including cones, barriers, signage, caution tape, and ground drops. These procedures ensure the rest of the structure stays completely free of dust and debris while our workers remove the Hazardous Building Materials. We remove the debris inside of the containment and package all of the waste in 6-millimeter poly bags before the debris leaves the containment. Furthermore, outside of the containment, our team ensures the job site is clean and decontaminated.

Shows JM ENVIRONMENTAL, INC., disconnecting and removing a 200’ long conveyor system from a Sunflower Processing Plant. The floor height on the conveyor system was 40’ tall. Team JM cut the pieces apart and used a crane to lower them to the ground. We also removed a large concrete pad. The conveyor & sorting system expansion enabled the Sunflower Processing Plant to unload trucks in 20 minutes, whereas it took 210 minutes previously.
John Moore is the president and founder of JM ENVIRONMENTAL, INC.
I would like to acknowledge the exceptional performance provided by JM Environmental and Team. They successfully completed the Hazardous Materials Abatement and Demolition of the old Tercero site, and left a clean graded site for the future Tercero Three Student Housing. The Tercero project was extensive, and represents one of the largest abatement/demolition projects for the University of California, Davis. The requirements and expectations were high for all parties involved. I believe contractors are expected to do a good job without recognition. But in reflecting back over the five months during the Tercero project, JM Environmental provided exceptional quality workmanship, constant communication, and always did what was asked of them. They went above and beyond the agreed contract in an exponential fashion. The office support staff at JM Environmental provided some of the best paperwork the University has received from a service provider. It was a pleasure working with John Moore, owner of JM Environmental, Inc. and all the members of his team. I look forward to having JM Environmental on projects in the future.
