We were referred to JM by our insurance adjuster after experiencing a leak in our wall and materials that needed to be removed in the home tested positive for both lead and asbestos. I was quickly contacted by the project manager Cole who arranged to meet at our house promptly the next day. He explained the scope of work laid out by the insurance company. They scheduled us and stuck exactly to their timeline. We were very impressed by the demolition that they performed. The picture they were initially provided did not show the extent of the removal, but they reacted quickly and finished a difficult job in one day. A small hole was accidentally made in the wall near a heat register and J M had their repair man out shortly after completion of the job. He fixed the hole and matched the paint around the register.  Verified Recently had a fire at a property, when the restoration company went in asbestos was discovered so JM took over to complete mitigation. I worked with their project manager Tripp and VP Tonja and let me just say how wonderful they are. They made the process so easy, had the best communication and went above and beyond to make the process smooth! I would recommend them to anyone! Also, their timeframe was amazing.  Verified JM Inc was contracted by my house insurance.  Tripp was our project manager and if possible I would give them a 10 star instead of 5.  They removed the asbestos from my house caused by water damage.  Tripp and his crew (Luis) did a wonderful job in removing the asbestos as well as maintaining me inform about the process.  Verified The reason I am giving this company 5 stars is because they were extremely professional Ramon was the manager on the job at my home . He explained what They needed to do how they were going to do it and how long it would take. They finished ahead of schedule did an amazing job. Moved what had to be moved and put the Washer and dryer back in their place and hook them back up. I would recommend this company to anybody who needs abatement removal orDemolition removal. JM ENVIRONMENTAL, INC., used three 30-Yard Dump Trucks to haul away ALL the Bio-Hazardous Contaminated contents and building materials from a One-Bedroom Apartment. The Tenant refused to let the on-site property manager inspect the One Bedroom Apartment for twelve years. In addition, during the project it was discovered that the tenant’s plumbing had not been working for quite some time - this added to the Bio-Hazard Contamination. ALL of the tenant’s contents were removed and disposed of as Bio-Hazardous Contaminated Contents.

Selective Demolition to remove and dispose of the Bio-Hazardous Contaminated Building Materials included: walls and ceilings, closet walls, and adjacent insulation throughout, flooring, doors, jambs, frames, trim, casings, baseboards, cabinets (uppers and lowers), vanities, shower surrounds, tub, toilet, sinks, washer & dryer, fixtures, plumbing and electrical.

Hard Surfaces were cleaned and decontaminated in preparation for re-construction. Third-party hygienist testing to clear the apartment for re-occupancy and re-construction was coordinated by JM ENVIRONMENTAL, INC.
