We were referred to JM by our insurance adjuster after experiencing a leak in our wall and materials that needed to be removed in the home tested positive for both lead and asbestos. I was quickly contacted by the project manager Cole who arranged to meet at our house promptly the next day. He explained the scope of work laid out by the insurance company. They scheduled us and stuck exactly to their timeline. We were very impressed by the demolition that they performed. The picture they were initially provided did not show the extent of the removal, but they reacted quickly and finished a difficult job in one day. A small hole was accidentally made in the wall near a heat register and J M had their repair man out shortly after completion of the job. He fixed the hole and matched the paint around the register.  Verified Recently had a fire at a property, when the restoration company went in asbestos was discovered so JM took over to complete mitigation. I worked with their project manager Tripp and VP Tonja and let me just say how wonderful they are.  Verified JM Inc was contracted by my house insurance.  Tripp was our project manager and if possible I would give them a 10 star instead of 5.  They removed the asbestos from my house caused by water damage.  Tripp and his crew (Luis) did a wonderful job in removing the asbestos as well as maintaining me inform about the process.  Verified The reason I am giving this company 5 stars is because they were extremely professional Ramon was the manager on the job at my home . He explained what They needed to do how they were going to do it and how long it would take. They finished ahead of schedule did an amazing job. Moved what had to be moved and put the Washer and dryer back in their place and hook them back up. I would recommend this company to anybody who needs abatement removal orDemolition removal. CONSTRUCTION DEFECT

MOLD REMEDIATION & SELECTIVE DEMOLITION

JM ENVIRONMENTAL, INC. , was contracted to perform Mold Remediation and Selective Demolition caused by improperly installed windows in a Student Housing Complex. Our scope included removal of all the compromised exterior stucco, sunshades, security screens, windowsills, window blinds, window seats, tile around the windows, mold contaminated sheetrock, mold contaminated building insulation, door frames, downspouts and scuppers. In addition we cleaned and sanitized all the exposed cavities and framing utilizing protocol dictated by our client’s hygienist.

Scaffolding was installed around the entire exterior of the two four story buildings so that our crew could remove the exterior stucco, mold damaged building materials and perform mold remediation.

This entire project including the build back, was completed during summer break and extremely time sensitive. We completed our scope ahead of schedule to enable the General Contractor to perform repairs and put the skin back on the exterior of the buildings in time for the Students to move in for the Fall Semester.
