What does it mean to be the leader of your industry for almost two decades?  To remain in the front, you can never become complacent and rely on the successes of past jobs.  Each new assignment must be viewed as a chance to earn future business.  You can never turn a deaf ear to your customers.  Becoming entrenched in processes that worked in the past, may make you blind to improvements that can help keep you ahead of your competition.

Communication with your client is essential to knowing your customers and making the appropriate adjustments in concert with the people that need your services.  The JM Team has decades of experience in our field but we always remember that we are there to meet the needs of our customer.  JM Environmental prides itself in being and remaining a leader of this industry in Northern California.
